When we finally came to the decision that the Silk’n SensEpil would be the best at-home hair removal system for us, the next step in our research was to find it for the cheapest price. Immediately we started looking for a coupon code or a special offer code.
Silk’n SensEpil Coupon – the Good News…
The good news was, it didn’t take us very long to find what we wanted. We quickly found a coupon code that the official Silk’n SensEpil site offered and scored our units for $100 off! That worked out to about 25% off what all the other retailers were selling the SensEpil for. And, as it turned out, because we bought it directly through the manufacturer’s site, we got a few other bonuses we hadn’t considered before. (By the way, we’ll go into more detail about those added benefits in an upcoming post…).
When our SensEpils arrived and we started using them we quickly realized what a great product it was. Over coffee one day (and comparing how smooth are arms were now that they were hair-free!) we came up with the idea for this site. And we decided that one of the first things we wanted to share with our readers was the details on this awesome coupon code.
…And then the Bad News…
So imagine how disappointed we were when we found out that the code expired at the end of June 2011! We frantically searched for another, but no luck. We were pretty bummed out. We thought that we must have just lucked out on some special ‘one time offer.’ So, we went ahead and started planning for the other articles for this site, leaving the whole ‘SensEpil coupon’ alone.
…And then the Good News!
But then just before we got this site up and running, we checked back at the official SensEpil site and found out that it’s being offered at a new, reduced price – it’s only $399! That’s the same as what we paid when we bought ours including after the coupon! So who needs a coupon!
We’ve noticed that, even though there are a very few other online retailers with also reduced their prices, we still recommend getting your SensEpil through the official manufacturer’s site. It is still cheaper to do it this way and there are some serious benefits to buying directly from the source, and as we said above, we’re going to cover that in another post in the very near future.
So, if you, like us, think that the SensEpil is the at-home hair removal system for you, don’t waste too much time looking for a coupon code. We’re pretty sure that the price on the official Silk’n site is the lowest it’s ever been – including when they were offering a Silk’n SensEpil coupon code.

The Silk’n people may be thinking of putting out some more SensEpil coupon codes in the near future. Wouldn’t that be awesome if there was one that you could use to get it even cheaper than it is now?

UPDATE 2012/01/15: Over the Christmas season, and a little in to this new year, we noticed several on-line retailers offering site-wide coupons up to 20% that could be applied to a SensEpil purchase. For instance, we saw Skinstore.com offer this, which resulted in a price equal to the one offered by the official SensEpil site. The problem is, none of these sites offer the additional benefits like a 60 money back guarantee or future discounts on other Silk’n products as the official site does.
Therefore, our original recommendation remains. Get your SensEpil from the official site to make sure you get the best value possible!
UPDATE 2012/02/01: Okay, this is a little weird. So, we’ve been calling this site the ‘official’ Silk’n Sensepil site. Well, it is… but it isn’t the official Silk’n website. We’ve noticed that there currently is a coupon code for 20% off anything on the official Silk’n site… but they usually have the SensEpil listed for $499. So, using their coupon, you end up getting the SensEpil for the same price as is found on the official Silk’n SensEpil site we’ve always recommended. You see, there seems to be an official Silk’n site AND and a more specific Silk’n SensEpil site. And it’s the specific Silk’n SensEpil site that offers the best price currently without having to worry about a coupon code. Got that? Clear as mud?

Amazon.com has lowered their price for the SensEpil to about $364. That’s the cheapest we’ve seen now, hands down. You won’t get the on-going benefits like you would ordering from the official site, but maybe getting it for that price is worth it. Check out the Silk’n SensEpil at Amazon here.
